What's the 30-day Money Back Guarantee?
If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up, we will send you a full refund. If you choose to cancel your account after the 30-Day period, you will never be charged again. However, you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30-days and we do not prorate for partial months.
Am I limited to domains I own?
Nope. Since there is no implementation required to use SiteAudit, you can add any domain to your account for auditing or simulations. This is a great solution for consultants and agencies to provide website audit services for their clients.
Are you going to make it hard to cancel?
ObservePoint web analytics auditing is a pay-as-you-go service. Since there are no contracts, you can cancel anytime from within your account dashboard.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We will also accept a P.O., and invoice you, or take an order over the phone. Discounts are available for annual contracts.
