What's the 30-day Money Back Guarantee?
If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up, we will send you a full refund. If you choose to cancel your account after the 30-Day period, you will never be charged again. However, you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30-days and we do not prorate for partial months.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep. Simply click on the "Account" tab on your dashboard and you'll see your options.
Am I limited to domains I own?
Nope. Since there is no implementation required to use SiteAudit, you can add any domain to your account for auditing or ongoing website monitoring. This is a great solution for consultants and agencies to use to do lead gen and provide website audit services for their own clients.
Are you going to make it hard to cancel?
Observepoint SiteAudit is a pay-as-you-go service. Since there are no contracts, you can cancel anytime from within your account dashboard.
What if I exceed my monthly page limit?
We understand that it can be difficult to gauge how many pages you will need to audit in a given month. If you do exceed the limit, we won't turn off your account but will send a friendly reminder to upgrade your account for the next billing period. If you decide not to upgrade and go over the limit during the second month, we will freeze your account for that billing period unless you upgrade.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We will also accept a P.O., and invoice you, or take an order over the phone. Discounts are available for annual contracts.
