Head of Global Marketing Technology at Carnival Corporation
An original dot com kid, Tim started his career at America Online building customer-focused support teams and leading contact experience centers throughout the world. After leaving AOL, Tim worked at a number of boutique technology firms in the DC area, leading projects and teams that delivered customized solutions to government agencies such as FEMA, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Health and Human Services. In 2012, he moved his family across the country and joined the team at the University of Washington leading a machine learning data science team. His latest renaissance adventure is to lead the Marketing Technology efforts for Carnival Corporation, implementing an Adobe Analytics solution used by 6 brands across the globe.
